Hey this is Lily talking:
Things have been hectic in the seventh grade this year. We have many projects for all our teachers, have to handle the daily amount of homework, and get it all done in time to just get outside and relax.
On Monday, I have pretty much no time to do homework (consequently, that’s usually the day we’re assigned the most, in my opinion) between the end of the school day, Orchestra at 4:00, and CCD (ugh) at 6:30. It’s not too bad though, since I get to see friends from outside of school and visit Koffee between the two.
Tuesday and Wednesday are down days for me, which is great for getting outside and just resting for the remaining days of the week.
Thursday was my first MathCounts session with Mrs. Klingher and a bunch of other kids. Although the math was challenging, I had a blast with Sophie, Magnolia, Onon, and Xuan. Congratulations, by the way, to Xuan and Onon for placing first in the MathCounts competition – awesome job!
Friday was good…though we’ve been left with an enormous amount homework over the holiday. I have a special guest to here to review life, from her perspective.
